I currently see patients in person on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings and from 9 AM until 4 PM on Thursdays and Fridays. I see patients via telehealth only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons.

No, as of July 2025, I am no longer taking insurance of any kind. This is because by not taking insurance, I am able to see patients for longer and focus my time and effort on my patients rather than negotiating with insurance for payment. Additionally, this maximizes privacy for my patients as I would not be required to share your health information to a third party for payment. If you would like, though, I do provide superbills which can be submitted to insurance to get reimbursed for what you pay. I also take HSA cards as payment as well.

Yes, appointments can be done via telehealth. You must be physically located in the state of Ohio or Kentucky in order to have a telehealth appointment with me.
