Have you been struggling with feeling out of control with your emotions?

Do you feel overwhelmed with all of the demands placed on you, like you just can't keep up?

Life isn't supposed to be this hard, and psychiatric help for ADHD and mood disorders has been too cookie cutter for too long. Mood disorders and ADHD are not a medication deficiency. Women with these conditions, especially, have been vastly underserved.

I want to offer you a holistic approach to mental healthcare, incorporating lifestyle, medications, and psychotherapy, helping you to enjoy your life to the fullest.

About Dr. Eshleman Latimer

My name is Tricia Eshleman Latimer, and I'm a wife, mother, psychiatrist and psychotherapist. I'm passionate about helping women overcome their mental health challenges by getting to the root of their issue. Humans are multi-dimensional and overcoming mental health issues often doesn't just require one approach. Therefore, I want to offer you an individualized approach, integrating insight-oriented psychotherapy, thoughtful medication use, lifestyle changes, and nutritional supplementation. By listening to your story and unique experience, I want you to feel empowered to share in the decision-making so you can grow in resilience, discovering how that resilience manifests in your life.

My Credentials

I attended Bluffton University, a small liberal arts university, for my undergraduate training. Following this, I obtained my medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. I then stayed at the University of Cincinnati/UCMC for my adult psychiatry training.
